Unique approach in incorporating the elements into the training. The sessions are fun and filled with knowledge, making each class an engaging experience.
I like the fact that Row's training can be highly intense/moderate/ less intense, depends on the individual student's needs/ capacity at that time.It's not an one size-fit all method and that's how all training should be.

Unexpectedly friendly and very accommodating. I am a first timer in this field of fitness. I usually don't do super strenuous routine but when I saw Mowrow's program, it got me interested and messaged him by whatsapp. He was super patient with all my questions and even provided more details for me to learn
